Cookie Notice

1. The cookies we use

• bkn_session: keeps you signed in (30 days).
• bkn_guest: lets you view a booking you made as a guest from its secure link (30 minutes).
• bkn_locale, bkn_country and bkn_city: remember your language, country and city (1 year).
• bkn_business: remembers which of your businesses you're managing (1 year).
• bkn_ref: remembers the professional who invited you, so their referral is credited (30 days).
• bkn_vid: a random visitor ID that tells us whether you opened a professional from Booknara search before booking (1 year; the search events themselves are deleted after 30 days).

2. Why no consent banner

All these cookies are needed for the service you ask for. bkn_vid is used only to bill professionals fairly for customers Booknara brings them; it isn't shared, isn't used for advertising, and doesn't follow you on other sites.

3. Payment pages

When you pay, Stripe's payment page may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud, under Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Booknara won't work properly without them (for example you won't stay signed in).
